Return Policy

We want you to love your pieces from Earth & Wares, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.  If you are not satisfied with your item you are able to return it within 14 days of your original purchase date for a store credit, minus any shipping fee you initially paid for.  The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached, unused, unwashed and unaltered.

Please email us at shopearthandwares@gmail.com with a subject line of RETURN with your return request. If approved, your store credit will be sent to you in the form of a gift card via email and can be used at any time. Gift cards will not be sent until the return has been received.  Upon approval, we will send along the address of which to return the item.

If something is received damaged or broken, please email us at shopearthandwares@gmail.com with a subject line of DAMAGED and we will either send a new item if we have it in stock or issue a refund.  The new item or refund will not be sent until the return has been received.  Upon approval, we will send along the address of which to return the item.
